Start a new week with moving meditation.
On Monday mornings, in the 'space of the Way'
we practise the ancient art of Qigong to help us
be grounded and open, return to balance,
restore connectedness with oneself and all
beings, and learn the tool for living well.
Your guide Ariyananda is an experienced practitioner
and teacher of Mindfulness and Qigong, trained in
monastic settings and CMRP Bangor University, the
largest and oldest mindfulness teacher training
organisation in the UK.
